The Girlfriend Experience, a performance interaction piece by Martin Butler created in collaboration with Mediamatic, is in Peru! Use your skype skills and play with the avatars to create some mayhem in Peru.
Avatars are real people instructed by you to use the space they are in and the people that are in that space with them…

You can access this from your home/ office/ i-phone… Its like a second life for grown ups, but much more fun…

The Undaunted II Exhibition opening tonight, 24 July

The Undaunted Collection by ...And Beyond

A collaboration by the design duo …And Beyond together with photographers Barrie Hullegie and Sabrina Bongiovanni creates a special exhibition that blends art and fashion. This collaboration is presented through installations playing on photography interacting with pieces from the latest …And Beyond collection, The Undaunted. and is a part of the Amsterdam International Fashion Week DOWNTOWN program. The concept of the exposition is based on on the concept behind The Undaunted collection: a feeling of fearlessness. Imagine flags, fortresses, symbols, passion, worship…

This is all set up at the Pop-up Café, a temporary exhibition that will take place from June 6 until August 2 at Meneer de Wit Gallery in Amsterdam.

Opening TONIGHT, 24 July from 18.00 – 21.00

Exhibition runs through 26 July, so make sure you go before the weekend is out!

After-party at the same space featuring Ferdinand Schmeits from Orson+Bodil, Miktor & Molf, Bas Kosters & Mevrouw Broekje Vol, Ruud van der Peijl, Strange Boutique & The Undaunted DJ Collective. The party starts at 22:00 and has a 7€ entry fee.

Dearest devotee,

I regret to inform you that this onlins social calendar will be on hiatus for 10 days. This will be difficult, since you might have to look elsewhere for social inspiration (papers, fliers… you know, old media). Please rest in the knowledge that our staff is deeply aware of the inconvenience this leaves you with and will promptly train the pigeons outside my window to type so that this doesn’t happen again.
